Refund & Return Policy

At Magikal Spiritual Universal, we handle product packaging with the highest care. However, sometimes damage may occur during shipment due to courier mishandling. If this happens, we’re here to help.

1. Return or Replacement Eligibility

  • Returns or replacements are only eligible in case of damage during shipping transit. (See Point 2 for process.)


2. Damaged or Defective Items

a. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, a clear, uninterrupted 360° unboxing video is required.
The video must show:

  1. The sealed parcel from all sides.

  2. The complete address label (both sender and receiver details).

  3. The full opening process, showing the product inside.

  4. Any defect, wrong item, size issue, or missing product.

Important: The video must be continuous, without pause or edits, and recorded within 24 hours of delivery.

b. Complaint Timeline
  • Complaints regarding damage or defects must be made on the same day of delivery with the required video proof.

c. No Cancellations or Exchanges
  • We do not offer cancellation, return, or exchange policies for reasons other than damage in transit. Please check product details carefully before purchase.

d. Shipping Charges for Refunds/Replacements
  • If a return or replacement is approved for damage or defect, Magikal Spiritual Universal will bear the shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

  1. Once services are availed, no refund will be issued.

  2. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted.


Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, with each product carefully packaged.

General Shipping Terms
  • Shipping charges apply based on location.

  • Additional charges apply for international shipments.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unavailability of the recipient.

  • Once handed over to the courier partner, we cannot control delivery timelines.


Domestic Orders (India)

  • Shipping charges are applicable unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

  • Standard dispatch time: 3–7 working days (depending on product type).

  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST), Monday to Friday.

  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost (not covered under free shipping offers).

  • Customers should plan purchases in advance to avoid delays during holidays.


International Orders

  • International shipping charges vary by country and courier service.

  • We work with reputed courier partners like DHL, FedEx, TNT, DTDC, ICL, First Flight, Professional Couriers, etc.

  • Shipping charges are as per actual rates charged by the courier.

  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are borne by the buyer at the time of delivery.

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations are offered for international orders due to customs restrictions and paperwork requirements.


Mandatory Shipping Details

Customers must provide accurate:

  • Full Name

  • Complete Address (City/State/Country & Postal Code)

  • Landmark (if any)

  • Primary and Alternate Contact Numbers

Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or non-delivery. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability will be resent only after payment of reshipping charges.
